Two and a Half Years...

April 27th... Two and a half years into marriage and we could not be more grateful. We love a day to look back and thank the Lord for all He has done and all we have learned. 

In the past two and a half years, and even specifically the past 6 months, we've seen the Lord's goodness in so many ways... We've taken trips to the beach and trips to Texas and even a trip to Jackson for New Years, we've celebrated the Bucs big win at The Super Bowl and cheered each other on in small dreams of starting The Riddick Family Blog and recording friends' albums. We hosted friends and visited family, we've said no to opportunities and yes to others and learned a lot from both. We've laughed and cried and prayed and learned to find joy in the small and "in-between" moments... We have truly just loved the blessing and gift of this season and are grateful for all that it has held. We are also so thankful for our friends and family who have walked these past two and a half years with us and for all of the encouragement, guidance, blessing and wisdom you have given us. This day is a special one for us as we look back and give the Lord glory for all that He has brought us through and all that He has taught us along the way. 

Here's to clinging to Him as we continue to prayerfully walk where He is leading and to celebrating the "27ths" along the way!
