Friday Favorites - Easter, Prayer, and Traveling

HAPPY FRIDAY! It's been a short week in the blog world over here, but a long week on our calendars, and we are very much looking forward to this weekend ahead!! We love Easter weekend and are thankful for a weekend to celebrate the faith that we have in Jesus! Today I just have a few simple favorites for your Friday! Jane and I are off to finish up lots of laundry, cleaning the house and getting ready for a sweet weekend at home, but I hope you enjoy these little snapshots and you are finding lots of simple joys in your days too!! 

Frame This Moment - Jane's Last "Lap Child" Flight

Happy Thursday!!! We are BACK!! And today I thought such a perfect moment to frame was this sweet snapshot from Jane's last "lap child" flight. We had to really think hard, but we're almost positive this was her 28th flight with us! Wow!!! It's such a sweet moment to frame though, and we LOVED this season of traveling with her!!!

 

Friday Favorites - Exploring Nashville, Baby Riddick Update, and Texas Bound!

HAPPY FRIDAY!!! I can't believe we are already to the weekend!! It has been a full and busy week over here, but we've loved having so many people in our home and can't believe we have tickets with our names on them for the weekend too. I'm off to *hopefully* finish a painting project in the house, clean and pack, all while making the most of this rainy day with Jane! I hope you all have such a wonderful weekend!! Let's Look - What's In Our Grocery Carts

Happy Wednesday!!! Today I thought I would hop on to the Let's Look blog link-up about our grocery carts. 

Oh, grocery stores. I can't even remember what we did before we had Jane, I think we would grab groceries at some point after work, and it was somewhat of a non-event. But then add a little one, and now, every grocery store run feels like an actual event haha And most times one we welcome because Jane loves it SO much and always has... So today I just brainstormed ten things that are almost always in our carts. This obviously varies depending on what we're having for dinner, what grocery store we're in, what time of year it is, etc, but here are a few things that you can almost always find in our cart!!

Our Closet Extravaganza - Pierce's New "Office"

Happy Tuesday!!! It feels so fun to be back!! We had the BEST break!!! We loved having Pierce home for a few extra days, I loved the afternoons with Jane with no tutoring or Discipleship Group, we soaked in the weather, and I even enjoyed a few naps when I normally would have written my blog 😉 It was a week for the books for sure. And we are so grateful that we got so much done upstairs as well!! I thought I'd share *Part 1* of our "Closet Extravaganza" that we embarked on earlier this year... 

Friday Favorites - Tutoring, Hockey Games, and Spring Break!!

HAPPY FRIDAY!!! My friends, even though I'm not teaching this year, I still LOVE the time every year when Spring Break rolls around. For us, it looks a little different than simply not teaching, but tutoring and Discipleship Group are on pause, Pierce has a few days off of work, and I am taking the week off blogging, so we are looking forward to such a great week ahead with family!!

Happy Thursday and Frame This Moment day!! Today's Frame This Moment is a little throwback to a sweet morning on our little porch... This table is finding a new home soon and when came across this picture, and it just made me smile and remember such a sweet little season in so many ways.

Friday Favorites - Family Selfies, Out to Eat, and Trips to the Mall

Happy FRIDAY!! And MARCH 1st!!! Wow!! How have we already lived through two full months of 2024?! It has flown by over here... We are always excited about a new month over here though and are looking forward to all March has in store. Today I just have a few favorites for you from our week over here...
