Frame This Moment - A Cozy Fall Morning

Happy Thursday!!! And Frame This Moment Day!! This little scene was a favorite last week, and is just the essence of a Frame This Moment in my mind... 

Usually Jane will hang in her room for a few minutes after she wakes up, sometimes with a snack or an audio book or The Sound of Music Soundtrack lately until the "sound" comes on (a song on her Hatch haha), but on this particular morning, she asked me if she could come down and "read her Bible." I was finishing up something in the kitchen, but I told her she could read in the living room if she wanted and my goodness....The girl knows how to cozy up on a fall morning!! Hahaha I took this picture to send to Pierce because it was just the sweetest scene... She was "whispering" a Bible story to herself and asked me "not to listen" hahaha but the whole thing just made me smile. 

I've shared this before, but my Grandmom found this little Bible thrifted at some point, and I never would have thought to buy her a Bible without words at such a young age, but that little Bible has made her feel more like "Mom and Dad" than I knew possible. We have an assortment of actual kids' Bibles with stories and pictures that we all love as well, but this little one is the one she always grabs if we're reading and memorizing Scripture, and it always really does make me smile. I think one might be in store for Andy soon too as he's always reaching for hers these days haha but there's just a little moment in time to frame on this Thursday...
