A Merry Weekend

Happy, happy Tuesday friends!! I hope your weekend was a sweet one! We loved getting to kick-off the Christmas season this weekend with all of our favorites - Christmas Village, Christmas decorating, Nana and Papa, and sweet Baby Noah too!!! I thought I'd just share a few snapshots of our little weekend over here... 

Well, these three are the BEST sports for making my Christmas Village dreams come true... 

And this year, we had VISITORS! (Who laughed so much that I love that place...Dad said it was too busy for him to ever go back hahhaha but Mom found the best finds maybe of any of us!) Audrey and Matt also braved it with little Noah, but they somehow missed out on the pic! Haha

But everyone humored me, and Andy got to sport his little Christmas sweatshirt... just too cute hahah

And Nana did a french braid crown in Jane's hair, which was just so pretty... 

And of course Jane wanted to add her Christmas tree clip to it that we got last year at Christmas Village haha 

And Pierce is always the best sport! Even when it's 75° and we could have been doing about a million other things with our Saturday hahaha 

But let me tell you, this little one JUMPED IN to the action... He was on the lookout for every doggy, alive or stuffed that he could find and was on a mission, despite the crowds hahaha 

Meanwhile this one was loving the shopping and on the lookout for some Christmas sticker earrings hahaha 

Girl after my own heart! (PS - We never actually found any there, but I did find some of the cutest ones here as a little gift later if you too have a little who is loving them right now too.) 

But we had the best time shopping and sight-seeing and soaking in Christmas... 

Just so very merry!!! 

And I happened upon a few of these sweetest little watercolors from Emily Lex. She has these littles Christmas "truths" with Scripture, and I love them so much. You can find them on her website here and here. I may be adding a set to our home because they are all just the sweetest. 

The kids loved it... 

My mom found a quilting bestie hahaha 

And after a fun morning and afternoon, we were all ready to head home! See, she fit right into the chaos with that fast walk! Hahaha A day for the books!

But later that night we went from two littles to three with Baby Noah and all loved it so much! 

Talk about a Frame This Moment!! Papa reading to all three grandkids!! The very best!! 

And Andy jumped right in with the piano playing with Nana and Daddy... 

We settled in later for a movie night where no other than Sound of Music played, per Jane's request every day hahhaa It was sure a special night, and we loved it so much!!! What a treat to get to watch a sweet nephew, grandson, and cousin!!! 

The next day I of course started decking our halls with all things Christmas cheer!!! 

And it always all just makes me smile.

We are ready for you, Christmastime!!! Just a few snapshots of a very fun and merry weekend!! I hope you all are enjoying this middle of November just as much!! We still have to finish cozying our home over here all the while still soaking in these amazing fall days as well!! Here's to enjoying the best of all the seasons!!
