Happy Thursday and Frame This Moment Day!! Today I thought it would be the perfect way to kick off July to share our "Summer of Letter Fun 2026 version that finally made it from my phone to paper this past weekend. We had SO much fun working our way through these last year, so Jane was VERY excited to make a new one for the summer.

My Favorite Way to Cut Watermelon 🍉

Happy LAST day of June!!! How did this month just FLY by?! I thought the perfect post to end the month was a little post on our summer's favorite fruit. A few summers ago, I was trying to think of a way to cut a watermelon without getting the amazingly sweet pink part on our cutting board (because way too often it was tasting like way too many other veggies...), and after some trial and error, I landed here, and I've never looked back...

Happy, Happy FRIDAY!!! We have had one busy week over here at the Riddick household... We got back Sunday night and hit the ground running, and it's safe to say that we are very ready and excited for this summer weekend ahead. Well, Arthur Dickson passed away on April 20th, but we get to celebrate his life this week, and goodness, we are grateful for him and for the life he lived and the Savior he loved.

Birthday Beach Trip 🌴🎉

Happy Wednesday, my friends!! I hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend! We spent it in Louisville with family, and even though it rained a little, we still soaked up a lot of sunshine and play and fun. We are getting settled back into Nashville, and I have sure missed this little space this month! This May has been a busy one, but one that has included a lot of family time, and for that, I am so grateful for! Today I thought I would share a few pictures of our little birthday beach trip from two weeks ago.

Well, my friends, we are back from the beach and let me tell you - we truly had the best time. It was our first little trip with just the four of us, and we loved it. We celebrated Pierce's birthday, Mother's Day, and my birthday, and just this sweet season with Jane and Andy, and even though we had a little rain here and there, we just soaked it up!! I know we will always look back on this trip with the sweetest of memories... Today I just have a little Frame This Moment that I truly do want to frame...

It's Birthday Week over here... And what a fun one to celebrate this year!! Pierce and I both have May birthdays within the same week, and I thought I would just document a few fun memories from this past year... It flew by, but it was sure a good one!

We are loving the beginning of this sweet month over here, and this week I am knee deep in packing and prepping for a little birthday (x2!), Mother's Day, and kick-off to summer beach trip that the four of us are headed to at the end of the week. DC Trip 2026
