Friday Favorites - Pajama Day, New Crayons, and January Walks

Happy, Happy Friday, my friends!!!! A three-day weekend Friday too, which just seems to make it all the more sweet... We are looking forward to a cozy weekend at home with some community on the calendar as well. Today, I just thought I'd share a few simple joys and little favorites from our week!! Thanks for following along as always, and hope you're finding the little blessings in your week as well!!! Here's a few from ours :) 

Well, a first for us is Jane had a pajama day at school. And while dress-up days were never my favorite at school, when I told her, I mustered up all of my excitement and wondered how she would respond and she smiled and said, "That is SO FUN!!!" Hahaha So needless-to-say, she was very excited and specifically picked her pink nightgown to wear that day. I snapped this picture to send to my friend Elizabeth who gave it to her for Christmas...it's a favorite for sure. 

As was Jane's pajama day. ☺️

Our second favorite is these crayons my parents got Jane and Andy for Christmas. They are just the best, and color like they are almost a mix between crayons, markers, and oil pastels, but they are washable and the colors are so vibrant. 

The colors are so fun, they are a great size for Andy and Jane, and they are so fun with this Color by Number too. A fan-favorite for everyone - so much so that I even just bought a smaller size for a little birthday party we are going to soon. Thanks Nana and Papa for such a fun find!! 

Another favorite is our January walks. I made a goal to walk a mile every day this month, and I love that it gets us outside each day and some fresh air in the mornings. :) 

When we put away our Christmas things, this play shelf got a little update. And another favorite is this little blender. I just saw it's out of stock right now at Target, but we snagged it on a Christmas sale, and  considering we make smoothies with our actual blender almost daily 😂 this little one gets used just as much hahahha Another sweet favorite is Twirl by Emily Lex. I think I've shared it before, but it's just a sweet book about how the Lord created you to be exactly who you are. 

And Andy was gifted "Build" for Christmas and it is JUST as sweet!! 

And lastly, mornings have just been a favorite around here this week. I snapped this picture one morning, and it just makes me smile. Some reading, some studying, some journaling, and tea. 

And joined by a little friend toward the end. :) A favorite for sure!!
