What's Up Wednesday [April 2026]

Happy, happy Wednesday!! I thought today it would be fun to jump on board to the What's Up Wednesday blog link-up. Just a little of this and a little of that that we've been up to recently this sweet month of April. April is always one of our favorite months, and although this particular one has held a little sadness as well, we loved the sweetness that we got to experience as well. Here's just a little look at what this April has held over here...

What We've Been Eating:

Basically, our favorite vanilla cake...

And Mediterranean bowls...hahahah

What We're Reminiscing About:

It's hard not to reminisce on these sweet baby days every April.... 

What We're Loving:

I'll never get tired on art on our table... 

Or on our walls. ☺️

What We've Been Up To:

Well, this month was a big one... 

Jane and I started the month trying our hand at a little Easter hat for her parade... 

We celebrated Jane's 4th birthday!! (HOW?!)

Drove up to Louisville twice... 

Visited cousins in DC... 

And said goodbye to Pierce's sweet Grandpa Dick... 

It was a month full of a lot of sweetness, a lot of fun, and a lot of hard mixed in there too... 

What We're Dreading:

Well, remember last month when I said I was dreading "picture day?" Hahaha I'm so glad it was her and not me because what a sweetie!! 

What We're Working On:

Well, this is what this little one is working on, and we couldn't love cheering her on more!!! Bring on the summer bike rides! 

What We're Excited About:

We can't wait for SUMMER. ☀️🍉💦

What We've Been Watching/Reading:

Pretty much Survivor 50, and I'm trying to read my new Denise Hunter book on our little beach trip coming up! 

What We've Been Listening To:

Andy's vocabulary is starting to grow, and let me tell you, we are all HERE for it hahaha 

What We've Been Wearing:

Well, this little one discovered pockets this week, and has been trying to find them in everything he has on hahaha 

Sweet boy!

What We're Doing This Weekend:

We are planning on enjoying another little weekend at home this weekend!! 

What We're Looking Forward To Next Month:

Well, May holds both of our birthdays, and we are trying to make it back to this beach to celebrate with our two littles! 

And we can't wait!! 

What We're Thankful For:

Thankful to be walking through this season with this guy for sure!
