Life Lately 4.15.26

Happy Wednesday, my friends. Thank you so much for all of your kind messages and prayers last week about Pierce's granddad. We were so thankful to have been able to see him, visit with him, and be with family. We are praying for his last days and are so incredibly grateful that he knows Jesus. ❤️ Today I thought I'd share just a few snapshots of a little life lately around here... It's been busy and full and filled with hard and good of course, but here are just a few little snapshots for your Wednesday morning! 

I've loved walking through it all with this guy! We loved getting the fam together for our church's Good Friday service. 

This little one was loving her little white "Easter egg" dress that she was excited to wear. 

And this little one is looking bigger and bigger to me every day! 

Just love these three!! 

Jane had her hat parade and Easter egg hunt at school and truly had the best day!! 

I snagged this little picture of her talking to her sweet friend during the hunt... They were laughing and chatting, and it just made me smile. I need time to slow down. Hahaha 

We had a fun visit with CyCy and GP at the end of the March. 

I snuck out for a little dinner with friends while Daddy watched the kids! (I've loved this little top from Target this spring!) 

I've loved little mornings out with these two! 

Why does Andy look so big to me?! 

We've gotten to spend lots of time up in Louisville, and this little one sure does love his Nana! 

And his Papa!! 

He is his little side-kick and pretty much doesn't leave his side the entire time we are at their house hahaha 

Jane got to take a little trip to the coffee shop in town with Mommy, Daddy and Nana and thought it was just about the most fun Saturday morning. (Does anywhere else have these Coffee News and does anyone try to find the little guy?! It's a tradition for us from as far back as I can remember, and Jane loved looking for him this time too!)  

These two are two peas in a pod!

And both had little match braids that morning!

You can pretty much find this little one drawing any time of day wherever she is, and Papa and Nana's house is no exception! 

We had some front porch swing time!! Our very favorite!

And this year marked surely what will become known as our annual Easter egg house in this garden. 

The kids LOVED it. 

And we loved watching Andy catch on so quickly!! 

The kids loved a fun little Buc-ee's stop! 

And we've loved some simple days at home too! 

With colors and markers and paint and drawing almost always a part of our days! 

But goodness, I wouldn't trade these days for the world! 

It's been a full and fun, busy and special start to spring! 

And of course, we have been praying for "Great Grandpa Dick" a lot these past several weeks as well. We feel so blessed to have been able to spend last week with him, and have had a lot of hard and good and full conversations with the kiddos this spring as well. What a tangible reminder though of the immense blessing that Easter brings each year. ❤️
