Jackson 2024

Happy Tuesday!!! Last weekend, we took a little trip out to Jackson, Wyoming to see Pierce's family over Labor Day. It was such a sweet and trip!! And this past weekend, we snuck in a quick trip to Louisville to enjoy the last few days of my parent's pool. We always say we wish we had family in town, but having family scattered throughout the country definitely keeps us traveling more often, which always makes for special and sweet memories!! Here are a few snapshots from our time out in Wyoming!!
Goodness, I love these three and I love this new family snapshot too!!
I wrote a little more about our travel day and Andy's first flight here, but overall, it went so well!!!
There are always ups and downs, but we are figuring out how to keep up with these two little ones in airports and planes that's for sure!!
And he loved it for the most part!!
This little one was definitely excited to spend some time in the mountain air!!
And we loved it too!!!
One of the most special parts of the trip was seeing these two little besties together!!!
They are truly becoming such sweet little friends! On the plane ride home, Jane sighed and said, "I love Lucy." Haha! So sweet!!!
She loved soaking up some time with Uncle Logan!
And we LOVED getting to spend time with our besties and their growing family too!!!

Had to snag a little family picture too with the most beautiful backdrop!
And of course had to get one little picture with Pierce too!
These two little ones were definitely two peas in a pod!
And this little one was loving the water!!
My little explorer!!
I love her so much!!
The girls loved their time with Aunt Kelsea too!!!
We loved our time by the lake that day!!
The boys got in a little nap on the way home and loved sleeping next to each other when we got back to the house 😂
Pierce and I snagged the girls for a little grocery trip after naps....
And the Riddick boys made dinner that night!!
We picnic-ed in the park the next day for lunch.
And had to take a classic Jackson Hole picture before we shopped!

This little one got to put on such a beautiful little dress that Aunt Kelsea had gotten her last year in France! Also, why does she look so grown-up in this picture?!
They snapped a matching picture with Aunt Kels!!
And that night everyone put on their matching Jackson Hole pajamas that Cy-Cy had bought everyone!!
Loving the beautiful sunset and mountain air!!
The next morning we were up bright and early headed back to Nashville!
The prettiest way to board a plane!!
This little one tried to sneak in a nap or two...
But mainly listened to her little audio books most of the way home!
This little one slept though...
And was SO happy when we made it back home that night 😂
It was a trip for the books and one I wouldn't have wanted to do with anyone else!!!

If you want to take a look at last year's trip, you can find that here, and all of our Jackson travels here. Thanks for following along in this little journey and the beginning of our travels as a family of four!! We have one more fun trip planned with my family at the end of the month!!

I'll plan to be back here on Thursday!!
Sending lots of love!

    1. Oh thank you, Alisha!!! It really was a fun trip, and I can't believe the closeness of age (and gender!!) of the cousins. It's been sweet to watch Jane and Lucy grow up together and now Andy and Cooper too!!
