Jackson 2023

Happy Wednesday!!! I thought it'd be fun to share a few pictures from our little trip in Jackson this past weekend. It's always fun when we can make it out there to see Pierce's parents and spend some time with his family! Jane got time with her little cousin Lucy too, which made it all the more fun! 

Here are a few snapshots from our few days in the mountain air!! 

Pierce's mom had gifted Pierce and Jane with a hiking backpack, so we got to put it to great use this weekend! 

On the flight out there, Jane had her own seat, and I looked over at one point and wondered how she had gotten so big?! One year ago, she was just a little nugget on these flights out there and now she looks almost like a toddler to me with her snack and drink and books...someone help! It's flying by way too quickly!!! 

She also loved her "mode of transportation" getting to our next gate hahaha!

And was loving her "CyCy's" sunglasses when we landed! 

Pierce and I were loving our morning view with our tea and coffee and Bibles!

Love hanging with this sweet family of three!! 

Pierce's brother and sister-in-law really are some of our dearest friends, and we are so thankful their little girl Lucy and Jane get to grow up together! 

We also love hanging and getting time with Pierce's sister Keslea too!! 

Jane loved it too!! 

But goodness, I love this little family of three for sure!!! 

Jane was loving her walk on Daddy's back for sure! 

And I was loving the mountain air and time away with this guy too!!

Aunt Kelsea had brought back the most adorable lavender dresses from France, and Jane was lovvving wearing hers all night 😂

The next day, we were off on a hike, and we let Jane walk some of the way at the beginning...she was truly living her best life out there...

She made her way onto Daddy's back at some point though and said hi to just about every person and chipmunk we passed haha 

We managed to snag a little selfie when we made it the lake. 

And I snagged a picture with this guy before we left! 

Just seriously the most beautiful landscapes! 

And the hike back down was just as beautiful!

Jane got a little GP and CyCy time, which she loved!

We soaked in every last moment of that sweet weekend, including our view from our window on our last morning when a storm was rolling in.. We love those Teton Mountains that's for sure!!

We packed up and made our long trek home, thankful to be back in Nashville for a little while!! But what a fun weekend we had and a fun way to add to the family memories we have out there! If you want to read about other trips we've taken to Jackson, you can find a few more here.
