Frame This Moment - Franklin's Christmas Parade

Happy Thursday!! And Frame This Moment Day!! We have done a lot of things around Nashville during the holidays, but this past weekend was a first for us!! A little Christmas Parade in Franklin, and we loved it!!! 

A sweet friend who lives in Franklin texted and asked if we wanted to join her for the parade on Saturday afternoon, and we are so glad we said yes! We met near her house and walked down with the parade until we actually made it the square with the Christmas tree.

Jane loved seeing the floats, listening to the drum line, watching the dancers, and little Andy just slept right through most of it (a little Mama cover to the ears when the drums came by haha) 

It was fun watching all the floats head down Main St., a street we love and have been on many times, but a new experience to watch a very hometown parade on!! 

The finale was of course Mr. Claus, accompanied of course with his reindeer, Mrs. Claus and fake snow flying through the air! 

Jane loved her view on Daddy's shoulders and loved waving to Santa! 

Just the sweetest way to end a fun Saturday afternoon for sure!!! And a definite moment to frame!! 

So thankful for sweet Emily and the way she has loves our family in the sweetest of ways! Her and Jane are April 5th birthday buddies, and I know Jane wants to be just like her when she grows up!! We'll spend a day in her Franklin any day of the week, but Saturday was sure an extra-special one!!

Pierce has his annual work Christmas party tonight, and we have a big weekend ahead of us, so I am actually taking tomorrow off of blogging to spend a little extra time with my people, but I will be back next week with one more fun week of Christmas joy before the break!
