Friday Favorites - December, Walking, and Our Christmas Giveaway Winner!

Happy FRIDAY!! In December!!! What a special time of year, and we are trying hard to soak it all in!! It's been a week of getting back to feeling settled after all that November and Thanksgiving held, but sometimes it's the slower weeks that are my favorite... Today I just have a few Friday Favorites for you! Simple snapshots and little favorites that have been going on over here... Hope you're staying warm and cozied up this Friday morning! Ahhh, the month of December. A favorite FOR SURE. This sweet month is already flying by, and I really need it to slow down a little. We love the coziness that December brings with the twinkle lights, cozy fires, snow flurries (that we actually had this week here in Nashville!!), Christmas music, time with family, and all the sweet and fun little things and traditions sprinkled through. With two littles, we're trying to make the most of everything while also being realistic about our calendars haha but it's still such a special month for sure!! 

Walking...another forever favorite. I've watched this girl grow up this year, and she's been in these walks with me since the beginning! If you're new here, I made this crazy goal to walk 100 miles before the baby (Andy!!) came and a 100 miles after since he was due in June, so we are about to hit 200 miles, and I love that this girl has been on *almost* every one of them with me! (Minus the ones that I made Pierce take with me on ice in the freezing cold when the snowstorm came to hit my "one mile a day in January goal" *as Pierce shakes his head* hahaha) 

And this little fellow has joined for the last almost 100! What a special little goal this year that has kept all four of us out and active a little more! 

Pierce worked from home on one of these freezing cold mornings this week, so while Andy was napping at home, we bundled up and got in a few miles...

And it took me back to this little cozy picture from two years ago....how is it going so fast?! 

Another favorite for Jane is her little open play gymnastics class. We love this little place, and it's become a favorite when we can make it during the week. She has lots of little friends that go and the moms love to chit chat while the kids play. I couldn't believe she was doing these little rings the other day though...goodness. Wasn't she just the one in my carrier?! 

A forever Christmas favorite as well are our little matching slippers... I grabbed Jane these as a fun little kick-off to Christmas, and I couldn't help but get some matching ones for the season 😉 

Bring on all the cozy nights!!
