Friday Favorites - Jane's Room, Date Nights, and Park Days

Happy FRIDAY!!! The last Friday in March!!! How did it go by so fast?! I happen to love the trifecta of months on their way - April, May, and June are just HAPPY in my mind - spring, the start of the summer, blue skies, warm air, flowers blooming, a few rainy days mixed in, not to mention we will be celebrating all FOUR of these Riddicks birthdays plus a lot of big changes on the horizon too with Pierce's job and a few fun trips in the mix as well. It's a big season for us, but one that we're looking forward to!! Here are just a few favorites over here from this last full week of March for your Friday!! 

Well, this little room is my first favorite over here because exactly one year ago today we were scurrying around trying to finish our huge upstairs overhaul and finish this room before Jane's birthday... Our upstairs reset was a MUCH bigger project than we realized when we started, but at the end of it all, we had an "office" for Pierce, a "big girl room" for Jane, a nursery ready for little Andy, two new closets with shelving and a painted bathroom...not to mention the true transformation that came along with decluttering many, many spaces of our smaller home. It was a project, and one that really is still a very favorite. 

The life that's lived in this little room though is my very favorite... 

We are thankful for these littles... 

And love all the nights and bedtimes we spend in here for sure... 

Another favorite was Pierce and I got to sneak out on a little date night and Andy got to stay up way past his bedtime because he tagged along with us haha Jane played a sweet friend, and it was a fun night for everyone!! 

Another not-so-favorite, but still a favorite was last weekend when I got to hang with these two all weekend. Pierce was asked to be in a wedding in Boston, and we had to make it happen. So I held down the fort and realized that Sunday mornings hold a lot of things for this little family hahaha but we made it out the door and even had our sweet small group over after! And were so excited to welcome Daddy home the next day too!! 

Park days are forever a favorite!! 

I can't believe both of these littles are on swings these days! 

And lastly, just these little moments throughout the week...

It's a sweet season indeed...just a few favorites around here!! I hope everyone has the very best last weekend of March!! We are so looking forward to April over here!!
