Friday Favorites - Little Helper, Morning Tea, and Sweet Devotionals

Aww a Friday in May!!! Aren't they just the very best?! For some reason, Friday feels even sweeter in this month. Let me tell you, after being away from home for almost two weeks, a few days at home feels like a breath of fresh air. Tutoring for exams finished up this week, our suitcases are finally unpacked and put away, laundry is caught up, returns and errands are *almost* completed, and we are ready for all of the summer and sunshine headed our way!!! Today, I just have a few favorites for you! Little joys and small snapshots from our week! Jane, Andy and I are off to do our last few errands and make the house clean and ready for the weekend!! I hope everyone has the very best weekend! Here are a few favorites for your morning!!

This little girl is a favorite this week for sure. She sat next to me at my birthday dinner...and when we went to take a little picture, opened her mouth for a smile "like Mommy does" hahaha 

She's been the best little lunch buddy... 

She brought her purse out one day to "match" 

And has been my little "design assistant" at Daddy's office recently 😂 I always put tape up to see what painting/things will look like on the wall, and when I turned around, she was making her very own design, which I of course loved hahaha I hope she's always my little assistant!! 

Favorite number two is this morning combo I've been loving recently... I have always been a tea girl at heart... I have lots of tea posts here you can read, but when I stopped drinking caffeine for a while, it was hard to find a morning tea that rivaled my beloved Earl Grey. It's been hard for me to find the same "depth" in a tea that's not a black tea, but recently, I've been steeping this Roasted Dandelion Root tea (so yummy! A little resembling a coffee-ish taste), adding a tbsp or two of these collagen peptides, then a little spoonful of our favorite honey and a dash of our favorite cream as well. It has just been the very best morning delight! 

Add in a little Yeti mug birthday gift from Pierce to take it on the go, and it's definitely been a favorite around here!! 

And speaking of mornings and birthday gifts, our sweet Jessy and Logan gifted me and Pierce matching devotionals - Daily Strength and Daily Joy, and we've been loving adding them into our morning routines!! 

And speaking of routines, I recently invested in some nice pajamas for an early birthday/Mother's Day gift and have LOVED them. Lake pajamas and the softest pima cotton has definitely been a favorite around here recently!! 

And lastly, a favorite is forever just simple days with these littles...
