Frame This Moment - Making Cards

Happy Thursday and Frame This Moment Day!! Today is just a simple snapshot in time that I wanted to capture and remember about this season... 

Little Jane right now is VERY into "making cards." If I had to guess, I would say she probably asks me about 12 times a day if she can "make a card," and that is probably being conservative hahaha We have made everything from "I love you" cards to thank you cards, birthday cards, get well soon cards and everything in-between. On this particular day, she was making a card to go in our Operation Christmas Child box, and I had drawn the letters on the front and a pink heart. A few minutes later she came SPRINTING into the kitchen to tell me that she had drawn her first heart!!! 

She drew the red one and was SO very proud of herself. I had to take a little picture as she was showing me. I love this little girl's love for art. She is creative and fun and loves colors, markers, pens, paint, and just about anything that allows her to be artistic. And making cards right now is definitely a season we are camping out in...It's a special one for sure!!
