Christmas 2025 Snapshots ✨

Happy, happy Tuesday!!! Oh, it's so fun to be back here. Thank you for everyone who filled out the blog survey last week - I loved reading so many ideas and now have a fun list to blog through this year. Today I thought it would be fun to share a few snapshots from our Christmas break. We celebrated Christmas at our house, and then spent a few days in Louisville getting to see family and friends and lots of rest and recovery (from that dreaded stomach bug), and then were home with a few days left to ring in 2026 and soak in some home time before back to schedules and rhythms in the new year... It was a sweet break, so without further ado, here are just a few snapshots from Christmas!

Happy Wednesday!!! I hope everyone is having a sweet week before Christmas!! I wish I could invite everyone over for some tea and "peppermint drink" by the fire this week as we soaked up this cozy season, but I thought sharing some pictures of our home would be the next best thing... 

We tried to simplify a bit this year because with Christmas and two kids and well, everything that comes along with that, it can be a lot sometimes, but this year has felt sweet and cozy and a little "less" of everything has helped my brain a little as well... So, without further ado, here's our very imperfect, but cozy Christmas this year!! I hope you are sipping on a warm drink and feel just as welcomed as if you were here in person!!

Hi!! Happy FRIDAY!!! Oh, it's the best Friday Favorites of the year - Christmas Village Edition. 🎄✨ I know we are all semi still in fall and Thanksgiving mode as well, but this weekend is just our very favorite and where the lines get all blurred in our house between all the holidays hahaha it's our "Opening Ceremony" so to speak for Christmas, and we ready to cozy up with some twinkling lights on soon!! Well, I couldn't let Christmas break come or the 19th go past without a little post for little Andy turning SIX months old!! How did it happen?!

Happy Wednesday, my friends!!! This morning I thought I would just share a few pictures of our favorite place to be during the holidays! Out of all the fun things we love during the month of December, I would say that we all love being cozy at home maybe the most. I try to keep things simple, clean and peaceful, especially around the holidays, so that it's a blessing for us to be home and open up our home.  Things pretty much stay the same from year to year, but this year, it's far from "perfect" or "finished" with two littles around, but I wouldn't change this season for anything. Well, for the last Frame This Moment of the year, I thought our home at Christmastime was a perfect moment to capture. It really is our favorite place to be at our most favorite time of year, and sometimes I wish I could just bottle up all the coziness and merriness and sprinkle it through the rest of the year too.

Life Lately 12.12.23

Good morning!! Happy Tuesday!!! I hope everyone had the very best week and has been having a great start to their week! 

We had our small group over last night for our annual Christmas party and just had such a sweet time celebrating all that the Lord has done this year (and over the last four years!) We have another Christmas party at our house tonight for my Discipleship Group, a dinner on the calendar tomorrow night, Pierce's work Christmas party on Thursday night, and Pierce's parents come in on Friday! It definitely feels like Christmastime over here, and we are loving all the celebrations! But today, I just have a few pictures of Life Lately for you. A little from Thanksgiving, a little from life around town, and a little of just snapshots of our lots of ordinary moments that I'm so very grateful for. Friday Favorites - Christmas Blog Posts Edition 🎄✨

Happy Friday!!! It's been a whirlwind of a week over here... Pierce and I are off to a sweet Christmas concert tonight that has become one our favorite little December traditions and then we are taking the weekend to rest and enjoy a few days at home without anything on the calendar. 

Next week has lined up for what feels like a Christmas extravaganza with Christmas parties, celebrations, and family coming in town at the end of the week, so this morning I am getting our house cleaned up, lighting my Christmas candle, and settling in for a sweet night, a cozy weekend, and a fun week ahead! 

Today I just have a few fun Christmas posts to share from last December. Lots of gift ideas if you're still looking for your favorites and just some holiday cheer for your Friday morning as well!! I hope everyone has a fun and special weekend, and I'll plan to see you back here next week!!
