Merry Christmas from the Riddicks!!

M E R R Y  C H R I S T M A S  f r o m  T h e  R i d d i c k s ! ! ! ! 

Goodness, I can't believe we are already at the end of 2025. It has been a full and fun year for us as we've loved settling in a little more and figuring out rhythms as a family of four... We look back on this year with a lot of really fond memories and will always treasure the little moments that often meant just as much as the big ones did. Life is full and fun and sweet and busy and chaotic and hard and good all at the same time, but it's one that we are so thankful to the Lord for. 

As I reflect on this past year, I am also so very thankful for this little space and for all of the blessings that come from it. From documenting little moments, to updating family and friends and meeting new friends along the way, it's a blessing to me, and thank YOU for being here and following along!! 

This little family is off to celebrate the rest of Christmas break with a little slower pace and lots of family and downtime as well, which we are so looking forward to. 

As we come to the end of the year and head into Christmas though, it wouldn't feel right without taking a minute to share the reason behind all of the joy and celebration. We LOVE this season - all of the lights and fun and traditions, time with family, the magic of the season, warm drinks, and so much more, but we really do try to focus our minds and hearts on our Savior Jesus Christ and His coming into the world. It's the reason we have the joy that we do - knowing that because of his life perfectly lived and death and sacrifice for us on the cross we have forgiveness from our sins and get to live in relationship with Him. The best gift we could ever receive!
