"Turnaround Week" 2026

Hi friends!! Happy Friday!! Goodness, have I missed this space. We have lovingly named this week "Turnaround Week" at our house over here, as it has been one whirlwind of a week in-between two big family trips. 

We got back late Monday night from several big and fun days in Wyoming, and our upstairs AC was still out (87° and counting up there), our mattress was still in our living room, our suitcases were unpacked in our playroom, and every room had several misplaced items strewn about (and that's saying it kindly haha). We also had a windshield that needed to be fixed, two days of preschool, about 70 loads of laundry, and a beach trip to pack for. Not to mention meals, work days, church commitments, meetings, tutoring, etc. So, needless-to-say, it's been a big week. 

We now have a new AC unit, a new windshield, and two very tired, but excited kiddos wanting to head to the beach "right now," in the words of Andy haha 

We also have two tired parents 😉 thankful for the many ways we saw the Lord at work this week, even in the chaos. And who are looking forward to a few days with our feet in the sand soaking up that ocean breeze. 

I will plan to be back here the week after next with some pictures from our trip to Jackson, some beach snapshots, and some sweet news to share as well. Thanks for following along and for loving on our family even from afar. We are so grateful.
