Friday Favorites - Mornings at the Park, New Water Cups, and Grandparents in Town

Happy FRIDAY!!! Oh, October Fridays. The very best things. We have been loving the fall weather this week. Each day has just felt so perfect here in Nashville, and we've been trying hard to soak it up!! Today I just have a few favorites for your Friday! Little snapshots and simple joys from around here!! Hope your weekend brings lots of sunshine and beautiful leaves and family time too!! Here are a few Friday Favorites for your morning! 

Well, park mornings with these two are my very favorite. And theirs too, I think. One morning this week was just too beautiful not to be outside the whole day, so we packed it up and headed to the park...

And remember when I said Jane comes alive swimming an swinging? Here is proof. Hahaha they could both live on this swing together, and it's a win-win-win for everyone!! We met Daddy afterwards for some Chipotle lunch, and it was a favorite all around!! 

Speaking of lunch, we grabbed this little lunch tin for Jane when she started her preschool this year, and she has loved it. We have too - for school and home days, and we decided to add another one for Andy recently, and it was definitely a favorite. Sometimes packing their lunch when breakfast dishes and chaos is still out is the best tip for making it a smooth lunch time after a busy morning. 

I had also been struggling with finding a water cup for each of them that wasn't plastic, wouldn't spill, and that I could easily pack up for the car, park, walks, etc. During a sale, I finally invested in two little toddler Yetis, and they have been the best. The not spilling part has been a life saver, and I love how much water they hold. They're big favorites around here right now. 

Well, the drawing and painting life is always a favorite around here... 

Journaling with a pink pen in a pink journal with a pink pumpkin bow...not sure there could be more favorites hahaha 

And helping Mommy paint and work on our costumes this year... This may not be the final piece, but Jane has been a big help in leading the charge this year hahaha 

Well, pretty much anytime Pierce and I are alone, we laugh and call it a date. And it seems to work pretty well for a perspective shift with kiddos hahaha We've been getting back to our early morning routines recently and when the kids sleep a little later, this is just forever a favorite. 

And lastly, we had Pierce's parents in town this past weekend, and it was for sure a favorite! Jane was dying to take them to our favorite little carousel 🎠 

And we visited a sweet family farm here in Franklin too! 

Any morning with friends, family, perfect weather and pumpkins is a favorite in our book! 

We're loving this fall season for sure!!
