Happy, happy Wednesday!! Today I just thought I would share a few pictures and snapshots from our week of Thanksgiving. 

Friday Favorites - Thanksgiving Edition 🍂

Aww Happy Friday and Happy Thanksgiving!!! I love a good themed Friday Favorites post, so I thought I'd make today all about Thanksgiving!! A little walk down memory lane, some very Thanksgiving favorites, and some sweet snapshots too. We are headed to Texas in a few days to spend some time with Pierce's family, but this time of year always makes me remember growing up and sheesh, I love a good Thanksgiving morning. The smells, the parade, the being "off school," the amazing food, time with family, football, and the Christmas season right after...it's all the best in my mind... Here are just a few little favorites though for your Friday!! 

Fall Days 🍁🍂

Well, before Christmas is in actual full-swing, I thought I'd share a few snapshots of some fall days the past few weeks. We have been soaking them in. The weather is by far the best part of fall in my mind, and we've been spending as much time as possible outside in the sunshine and warm air and crisp fall mornings. Here are just a few snapshots for your Wednesday morning!! 

Friday Favorites - You've Got Mail, Fall Pajamas, and a Favorite New Book

Happy FRIDAY!!! The first Friday of November!!! Weekends during "the holidays" are always the best, and the busiest, and the sweetest all at the same time. This weekend there is a Women's Retreat at our church that we're looking forward to and next weekend is CHRISTMAS VILLAGE in Nashville, so Jane has been telling everyone we see that she is so excited to go, which of course, makes me SO happy hahaha But today, I just have a few simple joys for your Friday! I hope you are finding them throughout your days as well!! 

Anniversary in the Mountains

Happy, happy Wednesday!!! Well, today I thought I would share few snapshots from our little Anniversary Getaway in the Mountains. We loved this little trip so much, and although it was different than our usual love for the beach, it was a sweet one for sure!!! 

Jackson's Orchard 2025

Oh, Jackson's Orchard. We love this place so much. I've been coming since I was Jane's age basically, and it's always so sweet and fun to be back. It's changed a lot over the years, but it's still the sweetest little family run orchard. 

Happy November!!

It's NOVEMBER!! I can't believe it! It's no surprise by now that I love the start to a new month, and goodness, October was a sweet one, but we are looking forward to November as well and all that it holds!!

Frame This Moment - Fall Family Fun 🍂🍁

Happy Thursday and Frame This Moment Day!! Today we just have a little snapshot of making our own family fun list of things to do this fall. Most are little things, simple things, things that are already on the calendar, but things that all feel "fall" to us, and it feels like it just makes the season all a little more "fun."

Oh, October!!! You are just our very favorite. From the fall season and everything that comes along with it, to family, and football, traditions, memories, good food, perfect weather, simple joys, and ending the month with our anniversary. It's a hard month to beat over here... 

Friday Favorites - Thanksgiving Edition

Happy FRIDAY!! Well, I love a good themed Friday Favorites post, and since we are headed into one of my favorite weeks, I thought it only felt right for a little Thanksgiving Edition of Friday Favorites!! We almost always head to Texas this time of year, but this year, we are spending the week in Louisville and couldn't be more excited for lots of time outside, lots of time with family, lots of games and amazing food and hopefully a little rest thrown in there too. We love all of the traditions that come along with this sweet holiday, and here are just a few for your Friday!! 

The Riddick Home in the Fall

Happy Tuesday!!! Well, we had the very best weekend. Filled to the brim with family and friends and a house full of coziness - we loved our day at Christmas Village, and I had to wait one extra day to put up Christmas because it only felt right for a little fall to still be up for our small group's Friendsgiving. But Sunday afternoon, we went from fall to Christmas in a few hours, and I couldn't love it more. Before I officially shift into Christmas mode over here, I thought it would be fun to share one last post with a few snapshots from our house this fall. Honestly, we kept it pretty simple this year, but it was cozy and fun still and exactly what we needed in this busy season. 

Frame This Moment - Bedtime with Two.

Happy Thursday!! And Frame This Moment day!!! Just a day I love to take one moment in time and really try to "frame" it in my mind and soak it up in the season where the Lord has me. It's been a gift to treasure the small moments because I know those everyday moments are really the ones that add up to be the big ones. You can find my first Frame This Moment post here and all of my other ones throughout the past almost two years now here. For today, it's a special and sweet little snapshot that I hope to just bottle up and remember forever.

Happy Friday!!! It's been a fun and busy week over here, and we are ending with family in town and so looking forward to the weekend!! It's been drizzly and slightly chilly and starting to really feel like November. Today I just have a few simple favorites for you!! Small joys and little snapshots for your Friday!! Hope you're finding them in your day as well!! Here's to celebrating them with a cup of hot tea on a chilly morning!!

Friday Favorites - November, Little Frames and Simple Snapshots

Happy NOVEMBER 1ST!!!! Wow...how did it come so fast?! I have so much love for the month of October and my love overflows for December too, but as a middle child, I love November just as much!! The sweetness of fall still with all the excitement for the holidays, the amazing food, the sweet time with family, the beauty and fun with the mixture of Thanksgiving and Christmas decor, smells, and traditions, it's just a great month, and I am so glad it's here!!!
