Happy Frame This Moment Day!!! Today's is really so simple and just the purest definition of these posts. A moment in time that I wish I could pause and frame - in my mind and heart. And that is this snapshot in a nutshell...
Our days all look different and some mornings, we are out the door for certain things, most we are always playing outside for a bit or something's on the calendar, but some mornings, we sleep a little later, we stay in pajamas and hang out inside with no plans or agenda, and this...was one of those mornings. And I love it so much. Andy was napping, and I had laid down on the couch while Jane was playing and two seconds later, this little one was cozying up with me. She's not still for very long these days, so I snapped this picture, and we read lots of books, and it's just a moment I loved. Being with my sweet little girl. Realizing that two and a half years have already flown by, and one day, our mornings just won't look like this... So, here I am, trying to soak them in. Realizing they are a gift. And in the constant need and hard that comes with two littles throughout the day, there is SO much good. And I love seeing the good. And thanking the Lord for it. So, that's what this snapshot and this moment remind me, and I'm so thankful.
It takes me back to this moment. Same couch. Same corner. And same little girl. But over two years have already passed... and I'm trying hard to treasure the small moments...and not listen to
