Frame This Moment - Mealtimes.

Happy, happy Thursday!!! And "Frame This Moment" day over here... I started this sweet series back in January 2023 after reading a blog in high school who always posted a "Frame This Moment." I thought it was the sweetest and most endearing idea, and I knew I wanted to continue it at some point on a blog of my own... So January 2023 felt like the perfect time to start. You can read that first post here

The heart behind it is really just taking one "snapshot" or "moment" in time and "framing" it to remember. Life is full and fast and oftentimes filled to the brim with so much that it can be a challenge to remember the little moments... When I started this blog, what was on my heart was truly a way to capture those small moments and snapshots, while enjoying the little things and celebrating the big things, and I consider it such a treat to share a little of our journey on here. I also really do love it so much when you share yours too!!! I have seen so many from different stages and seasons of life, and I'm not kidding when I say, they truly. do make my day!!!

So, here's to another year of Frame This Moment, and a simple one on my end to start off 2025!
Well, it seems over break, we have a second little one who is now on the move and has started actually joining us for meal times... It is sweet and fun and I'm sure just the beginning to our ever-growing grocery bill 😉, but one of my first breakfasts of the year home with both, I looked over and just had to take a little picture to send to Pierce. Jane was making Andy laughhh, and it just made me smile. The whole scene really does. Jane had shared some of her "omelette" with Andy, she wanted to wear her bib to match his, he was starting to try some purées, and they were just having the best time sitting next to each other.

I'm pretty sure he might always be Jane's #1 fan... And I know I've said this before, but before "the baby" came, everyone would always ask her what she was excited to do with her baby brother or sister (we didn't find out the gender until he was born), and she would always say, "Make the baby laugh." We would smile and tell her it might be awhile before that might happen...but the Lord heard her little heart's desires because I'm pretty sure Andy has been laughing at her from day one hahaha and he still does...daily. It's really the sweetest to watch, and we know different seasons will come for these siblings, but I am soaking up this little one because it really is a sweet one. And so worth framing in my mind!!

And there you have it...just a little moment to frame this week! Mealtimes might be insanely more messy and by far way more chaotic right now, but we are soaking them in and trying hard to enjoy them in this season! Thanks again for sharing your moments too!! And thanks for following along in this journey over here... If you're looking for other Frame This Moment posts, you can find all from the past two years here.

Here's to enjoying the little things, celebrating the big things, and soaking in all the moments in-between!!
I'll plan on seeing you back here tomorrow!!
Sending lots of love!
