Frame This Moment - “French Braiding Lesson”

Happy Thursday and Frame This Moment Day!! Today’s little snapshot was this week on one of our 70° weather days and just made me smile. It was the essence of a little moment in time to frame in my mind…

It won’t come as a surprise to anyone who knows Jane right now that she is very into braiding and “French braiding” as she loves to say haha she will “braid” pretty much anything that is long, resembles a string, and she can twist - think blinds cords, curtains, and anyone’s hair that will allow her to sit behind them haha So when I looked out the kitchen window and saw this scene, it made me smile. She told me she was “teaching Andy how to French braid,” using no other than the tricycle tassels of course hahaha 

After a few seconds of his “lesson,” that football behind him was calling his name and he left the braiding to Jane hahaha but he’s a sweet little brother and usually up for anything that Jane has an idea about... And she’s always trying to think of things that she can teach and show him. Hence, a French braiding lesson on a tricycle during an early spring afternoon hahaha a sweet little moment to frame this week... Thankful for these two though and this season of watching their friendship grow.
