Oh, 2025. You were one of our favorites to date. This little "Year in Review" post slipped my mind at the beginning of this year, but boy am I glad that I remembered... It may be the middle of February, but looking back and remembering a few of the highlights from each month will forever be a favorite. And 2025 was a special one. It was of course filled with lots of joy and lots of hard, but I think when I look back, I just remember the fun. We tried really hard to fill each month with a lot of FUN, and it makes me smile as I look back on so many of these snapshots. Summer 2025 will forever be a favorite of ours. The ages of the kids, the season we were in with jobs and life, the adventures we had, the small moments we soaked in, we just loved it all. Add in the spring, birthdays, the fall, and holidays, and it adds up to be a favorite!

MAY
It was a trip with Pierce's family and was a beautiful backdrop for a some sweet memories with the littles!

Well, January started off with some sweet snow days in Nashville!
This little one loved it!!
And I loved watching them soak it all in!!
We are always loving those Nashville snow days!!!
We had lots of breakfasts and mealtimes at this little table!
And soaked in those cold January days!
February came with lots of pink and red and FUN!
Lots of crafts and homemade playdoh.
Little Andy got his passport for a trip we would take later in the spring!
And then we had the best Valentine's Day visit from the cousins!
We loved having all eight under the same roof for a few nights!

APRIL
March came with chilly, but sweet stroller walks!
Trips to our favorite house in Louisville...
We found a new favorite breakfast! (You can read about it here.)

APRIL
April came with Jane turning THREE!! The best part of sweet April!!
We celebrated Pierce's last day at a job we all loved so very much! But we are so thankful for where the Lord had been leading as well.
We took a special and fun trip to Chattanooga to celebrate all of the life change and fun that that month held!
And we finished the month with a really sweet Easter before we left for...
MAY
Jamaica!! Which is how we ended April and started May...
Jane had her last day at her little Mother's Day Out program...
And we got to sneak away for a little date night to celebrate both of our birthdays! (Which was honestly the first in a while with little Andy and his deep love of being with Mommy and Daddy 😉)
We had little dinners out to celebrate the start of summer!
Papa gifted the kids a backyard playset for their birthdays, and it was an instant-hit!
We planted some flowers and worked on our landscaping...
And I loved helping Pierce set up his new office for this next season!
JUNE
The beginning of June marked a trip to the beach with my family, and goodness, did we love it!! You can read a little bit more about it here, but Jane started really swimming that trip, Andy truly bonded with my dad over "doggies," and we just LOVED the fresh air and sunshine that it brought!

We developed our love for the Ninja Creami after we gifted Daddy one for Father's Day!
We had this little cutie dedicated at church that month!
And best of all in June we celebrated this little one turning ONE! It was such a fun, fun month. You can read his birthday post here and his little birthday party here.
July was just a FUN month and filled with SO much summer fun!!
We spent a few Saturday mornings at our favorite Farmers Market...
Sweet Jane overcame her fear of riding on the carousel. 🎠
We went blueberry picking!!!
And enjoyedddd some frozen blueberries that month!
We spent lots of mornings out on our playset...
We soaked in lots of time at Nana and Papa's pool!
And LOVED watching this girl come to life in the water!
We had lots of simple days at home...
Celebrated Nana's birthday at the end of the month...
And started in on our "fort making era"
A month for the books for sure!!
AUGUST
August was another FULL and fun month!!! We had lots of park days...
And more Farmer's Market days...
The kids spent a weekend with Mommy, and we took a surprise trip to the toy store that they STILL talk about 😂

Andy started really taking off that month, which was so fun to watch!
We were the crazy ones that took their toddlers to the county fair at 7pm on a Saturday night, but had such a hilarious and fun time!
Jane started her first day of preschool 🍎✏️
Cue all the tear for this BIG girl!!!
We kept with our third annual Titans 5K!
And finished the month with a fun trip to the KY State Fair with my parents.

SEPTEMBER
September was filled with getting back into rhythms and routines... After school drawing days for Jane...
That quickly turned into an art studio this for our little artist 😉😅
All About Me projects at school...
Days with Mommy!
And welcoming our sweet baby cousin Noah!
Lots of mornings working our way through Philippians...
And enjoying the end of the summer weather!!
And we finished out the month with a trip to go see Aunt Kelsea and meet her little Micah!
OCTOBER
October had so much FALL fun! Pierce and I got to sneak in a little "high school date night" as we called it and made our way to Steak-n-Shake for a walk down memory lane!
Little Jane worked SO hard on painting her butterfly wings this month...
And we loved cheering her on!!
How worth it was too to see these two littles dressed up!!
It sure was a fun way to end the month!
Pierce and I also got to sneak away to celebrate our 7th Anniversary!
We stayed in the Tennessee mountains and had the best time!
October fun for sure!
It was also filled with slow and sweet days at home...
We got to go to our favorite Jackson's Orchard again!
And it's safe to say Andy had the time of his life, as per usual hahaha
We loved this sweet fall month!
November was filled with our favorite movie night on the porch!

My Christmas girl is already asking when we can go back, and I couldn't love that more!
We spent Thanksgiving in Texas at Pierce's family ranch.
The kids got to go a "construction site" in San Antonio for a project Pierce and his dad and the company have been working on.
Andy found a best friend down there...
And got to hang out with the boys...
While Jane just loved her time with the girls and their babies...
A sweet trip for sure!
DECEMBER
December was spent here as much as possible...
We did lots of Christmas crafts...
Loved our Christmas pajamas...
Sported sweet Christmas sweatshirts...
And loved little matching outfits...
We had new ornaments...
Spent lots of time looking at lights...
Had the sweetest Christmas morning sandwiched between a little stomach bug going around...
And just enjoyed the break so much...
I loved the Christmas season with this guy!
And loved getting to experience it all with this little fam too!!!
And there you have it...just a little recap of some favorites from 2025. It was a big year and one full of a lot of learning and a lot growing, but a lot of fun and a lot of joy too. We are so thankful for the many blessings that the year held and for all that the Lord taught us through it.
