Friday Favorites - Little Errands, Lots of Crafts, and Weekend Plans

Happy, happy Friday, my friends!! We are so glad it's the weekend over here! We had a fun little weekend getaway planned to see our cousins, but with sickness in their house right now, we postponed for a few weeks, so we will be here soaking in the sunshine and cozying up in the rain as well. We are looking forward to some good rest. Today I just have a few little simple joys and favorites for your Friday! I hope you are finding them in your week as well!! Here are just a few of ours!! 

The first little favorite is any solo time with this girl. I get lots of hours with Andy to run errands throughout the week, but one night we were missing something for dinner, so Jane volunteered to run with me to the store while Andy stayed with Daddy. I grabbed my water cup before we left and Jane ran to grab her water too. It made me smile, and I stopped to snap a little pic. These are precious days, and I love any little fun we get to have, even a quick trip to Publix! 

Another favorite has been all the creativity around here recently... From time outside in the sunshine with chalk... 

To many, many "Easter eggs" made at our kitchen table... 

Many 😉😅 Jane's birthday is on Easter this year, so she wanted to make them and "save them for her birthday." Hahaha it kept us quite busy last week with a little back injury for me and a work trip for Pierce. I just used construction paper for these, but I also ordered this little kit to maybe do in the next few weeks as well! 

We also had our fair share of simple kraft paper in the kitchen art too!

Well, this little boy has always LOVED our neighbor's little lawn chair, and one morning we were eating breakfast when she texted me and told me there was something on our porch and THIS chair was out there. She had found it and picked it up at a Consignment Sale, and let me tell you, Andy was in heaven hahaha The sweetest and most fun favorite!! 

Well, this is a favorite of mine over here. We were all out in the yard one evening when a little delivery pulled up with THESE flowers. What. Pierce had them delivered after our crazy week and a half, and it was the biggest treat and a favorite for sure!! 

Well, we'll be counting down till we get to see our sweet cousins! 

But in the meantime, we are planning on soaking in a slower pace this weekend with all the busy that these past few weeks have held...
