Life Lately 3.17.26

Happy Tuesday!! Happy St. Patricks' Day! Happy Life Lately from the Riddicks! 

This past weekend was a little more "normal" around here, and we loved every minute. The sun was shining, the plants were blooming, and it just felt a whole lot like spring around here!! This little girl and her "Sound of Music dress" is a forever favorite. HOW is she almost four years old?! I'm not sure I will be able to handle it come April 5th... 

Speaking of April 5th... 

I ordered this kit off of Amazon for some Easter egg fun, and we have loved it! 

An easy way to add some Easter fun these next few weeks!! 

We also have made about 400 construction paper and sticker Easter eggs as well 😉 

There has been a little banner hanging in our kitchen, and it just makes me smile every time. 

Most were made while Daddy was on a work-trip... 

And we had to have our fair share of simple kraft paper in the kitchen art too...

And welcomed in this fun green month! 

I had a throwback to my childhood and went on the search for some old-school wooden puzzles to have in our playroom, and they have been. a. hit. I have been so proud and impressed and am thankful for ebay for some added puzzle fun recently! 

Speaking of fun, we took a second little "toy-store trip" (you can read about the first one here) while Daddy was gone, and this scene made me smile. I have never seen a better definition of "a kid in a toy store" than this little one. He was truly in heaven with just about every single thing he saw hahaha (but landed on a moon ball?! It's been a hit in our home ever since! ...so much so that a second one entered our home not too long after haha) 

Always love time with these two! 

We've had lots of time outside... 

How this little one can climb to the very top of a neighbor's play set, I'm still not quite sure haha 

Little buddy is *loving* Jane's bike these days... 

And we stumbled across a firetruck day at the library one morning, which the kids were very apprehensive about... 

But "playing firetruck" has been the most played game in our home ever since hahaha 

We've gotten some playtime with friends... 

In the best little outdoor kitchen.... 

SO excited about some homemade brownies... 😉 

And equally excited about a giant rock found at the park hahaha

We had a fun February dinner with friends... 

And then welcomed to Nashville some of our dearest friends from Texas for a night. It was a pure treat getting to eat dinner with Anne and her precious Eleanor!!! 

We've been loving the park and the sunshine... 

And hoping this is where you can find us the rest of this spring!!! 

Just a little life lately for your Tuesday!!! I am going to take tomorrow off of blogging, but I'll plan to see you back here later this week!!! Hoping you're finding lots of small joys and simple snapshots in your days as well!!
