Wow!! The 100th Post on The Riddick Family Blog...

I started this little blog February 2021 while Pierce was working in the studio all weekend recording a friend's album...it had been a dream of mine for so long, and that weekend, I wore something cozy, packed up with laptop, grabbed a London Fog, and sat in the back of the studio turning a little dream into this sweet space....

Life Lately 9.7.22

Happy Wednesday!! Today I thought it would be fun to do a little Life Lately, which could also be called "Riddicks on Rainy Days." 😂 It's been pretty gray around here, so our life has looked like a lot of baby snuggles, reading, tea, and a little US Open mixed with some house projects...sounds like the life right hahaha 

Tomorrow is the 100th POST for the Riddick Family Blog, so I thought it would be fun to do a little Q&A to celebrate all the fun and blessings that this little page has held. Happy Tuesday!! I hope everyone had a great Labor Day weekend! It was a rainy one here in Nashville, so we stayed cozied up, loving on Jane, having dinner with friends and working on our house projects... 

And if anyone is wondering, there are currently a few pumpkins scattered throughout our home...slowly but surely 😉

I thought today it would be fun to pop on here and do another Featured Photos. It's definitely been a fun series on here...to look back through what my phone picks as it's "Featured Photos" for the day or week and pick a few to share. 

Friday Favorites [9.2.22]

Happy Friday!!! And start to your Labor Day Weekend!! As much as we wish we were headed out to the lake for the next three days, we're calling it the next best thing and staying here for a simple long weekend with our little fam...

We're going to try to get the house back in some type of order as we add more drywall dust from our other rooms...maybe soon it'll be put back together in time to decorate for Christmas 😉 hahaha

But today, I just have a few random favorites from our past week...most are small simple joys that I hope you're finding in your days as well!! Hope you enjoy reading as you get ready to start your long weekend! 

September Goals

Happy September 1st!!! I've been around in the blog world long enough to know that this is such a fun day because it really does kick-off fall and all that is to come! 

I remember around this time last year, I literally told Pierce that I just loved the holidays....he proceeded to tell me that we were no where NEAR the holidays bahahaha So...I'll be over here slowly getting out one pumpkin at a time and hoping he might not notice 😉
