Friday Favorites - 8 Months, Cozy Nights, and Simple Joys

Happy FRIDAY! Wow, what a week! Someone mentioned recently that it feels like we live in Seattle with all of our rainy days, and I couldn't agree more. Jane and I have made the most of it and still gotten out for a few walks, errands and trips to see friends, but we've also had our fair share of cozy afternoons and nights with Pierce after he got home from work. 

We are very much looking forward to the weekend though and hoping there is some sunshine soon in our future!! Here are just a few of our favorites this week as we are making our way through this December. I hope your days have been filled with small moments and lots of joy and coziness too!! 

First, this little girl turned 8 months this week, and it's hard to believe!! How is she growing up so fast?! We are loving her growing and wishing for time to slow down all at the same time... 

We love you so much, Jane Arbel!!!

And loving cozying up too 😂 I wrapped a little Christmas blanket around her one evening and we thought it was too funny haha 

Also, this little girl is all about the standing right now...wasn't she just barely sitting up in this chair in a little pumpkin dress just yesterday?! Miss Independent currently...but also not wanting you to even act like you're leaving the room she is in 😂 Sweet girl and her gummy smile!! We are soaking it up!

And this devotional is definitely a favorite this December!! So thankful for Ruth's sweet spirit and words in pointing back to Jesus this Christmas season, and always! 

And not sure if it would be a Friday Favorites post in December without our favorite spot in the world right now... 

In-between our church's sweet Christmas night, a fun Christmas date-night, and a friend in town, you'll be finding us in this room this weekend cozied up for some Christmas movies (and a little football too 😉)!
