Frame This Moment - Charlotte's Web

Happy Thursday and Frame This Moment Day!!! Today is just a little snapshot we took a few nights ago as we finished a special one from our "Summer of Letter Fun." 

 

We had added "Read a new chapter book" for our Letter R this year, and we had just finished a sweet little Sophie Mouse that I had gotten Jane and just decided to go for it with a classic and see what happened... And well, a few minutes in, everyone was hooked and started really looking forward to it each night. We edited it here and there as we read, added a few things in when it felt needed, and made a "rule" that all of us had to be there for bedtime to read it. And, it truly became one of our favorite little parts of the summer. Jane comprehended way more than we thought she would, Andy told everyone we were reading, "SharWeb," and now anytime we see a spider, they ask if it's Charlotte. Jane is also asking if we can go see the "pigs" at the state fair, which I never in a million years would have guessed would come from her hahaha It was just a fun little summer add-on that really did become some favorite little memories at night, and this snapshot? Well, it's a favorite...and immediately took me back to... 

Bedtime with little Andy at 2 months and Jane at 2... Sheesh, time truly is f-l-y-i-n-g by, and I am trying hard to soak it all in!!
