Summer of Letter Fun ☀️🍉💦 [Part 1]

Oh, how sweet and fun a tiny little list can make summer!! We have been loving our little list of Summer "Letter" Fun. You can read a little bit more about it here, but I thought it would be fun to do a little update today on some of the ones we've already checked off so far!! 

We are working our way through this little alphabet and are thankful for all the little memories each one holds!! Here is just a little look at a few of them so far this summer!! 

Goodness, celebrating this little one is EASY and FUN!! We LOVED getting to include his sweet 1st birthday into this summer of fun!!

Goodness, we just really love the beach SO much and truly had the best week in the sand, in the sun and in the water!!

But what a fun week it was!! 

Well, we caught some lightning bugs in Louisville one night... And Jane was happy to hold the jar for a picture... 

But I think everyone else might have been a little bit more into it than her hahaha I'm thinking Andy might be our little lightning bug catcher one day! 

Goodness...swimming could probably just sum up our whole summer this summer... 

This little one just LOVES the water and has had the time of her life swimming this year. 

And it's been so fun to watch her and cheer her on too!

This little one has been loving the water too!! 

And we've just had a lot of fun - morning, afternoon and night!! 

Such a fun memory this summer!! 

Well, welcome to our newest fad over here... hahaha 

We have been LOVING our Ninja Creami around here... It was a Father's Day gift, and we can't seem to get enough... protein powder, coconut milk, and a dessert after dinner everyone looks forward to?! Sign me up hahaha 

Well, Papa and Nana invested in a bounce house for the grandkids, and it was a HIT. 

What a fun summer treat!! 

Bounce houses are definitely a favorite around here right now!! 

We love this little slice of paradise in Louisville... 

My parents have made it one special place, and we ALL love our trips to Louisville, but especially in the summer!!

And kite flying... The beach is just the perfect place to fly a kite!! 

We stopped at a little beach shop while we were down there to see if they had any kites, and we all lovingly refer to that little souvenir store as "the kite shop" now hahaha 

A fun summer memory for sure!!

And that's a little wrap on Part 1 of our summer of "letter" fun!! Jane has been loving "checking them off" on our refrigerator, and we have loved how special and sweet it has already helped to make this summer!! I think she's learning a few of her letters along the way, but really, I am just always thankful for all the little moments and quality time that we get to soak up doing "little things" on a summer list.
