Frame This Moment - Fort Making Night

Happy Thursday!!! And Frame This Moment Day! Well, last weekend, the Riddick kids were officially inducted into "For Making,” and it was definitely a little moment in time to frame…
Pierce came home from work on Friday, and we all just deemed it "Fort Making Night" from our Summer of Letter Fun, and it was one of our favorite weekends.
We grabbed some bedsheets, clothes pins, broom sticks and mops, and got creative with a few things around the house, and as you can imagine, the excitement level was high hahaha
We read books and brought in toys and to make it just a little *extra* special, played a few scenes of just the very best movie 😉 Goodness, if you know me and my love for this little movie...seeing Jane LOVE The Parent Trap just makes my heart soar hahaha
We kept it up all weekend and the amount of books read in this little place and little moments to frame that just kept happening...I loved them all!!
I love all weekends with these three, but this one was a little extra special! My brother used to make forts for us with many different "rooms," and Pierce and his siblings made them all the time too, so this felt like reliving the "glory days." 😂 Bring on the fort days!! I keep telling myself I already know one day I will miss bedsheets in the living room on broom sticks, so I'm trying hard to soak up the these little days... And I love seeing Jane make her little "house a home," which was always my favorite part too!! How fun and special! Just a little moment to frame over here...

Thanks as always for following along and thanks for sharing your moments too!!! Here's to enjoying the little things, celebrating the big things, and soaking up all the moments in-between!! Also, a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my sweet Mom!!!! We love celebrating Nana on July 31st!!!! 🎉

Sending lots of love!!!
