Happy Friday!!! I thought I'd make today the last edition of this four part mini-series mixed with Friday Favorites for some of our favorite memories from the past four years...
We've been a lot of places and seen a lot of things and lived a lot of life in those four years, but honestly, as I was looking through my pictures, some of my favorites have just simply been those everyday moments...the ones you can't really chalk up to anything but the "in-between" moments which make up our everyday and somehow together have made up our four years... It's sweet to know those are the moments that will continue to make the years to come... We're trying to soak them up and thank the Lord for each and every day...the small and the big and the seemingly insignificant that usually become our favorite!!
So without further-ado, here's just few of our favorites from these past four years!! Some have a little tidbit to go with them and others are just fun memories that make us smile. Hope you enjoy this last bit of our mini-series this week!
From small cozy porch dates…
From July 4th fun...
To snowed-in fun...
To fall traditions...
And Christmas day pictures...
Fixing things around our house...
Learning new hobbies...
And planting our garden...we loved it all!!
We've seen many job changes...
Taken about a million road trips together...
And learned that we both love soaking up some time processing at the end of a long day...
Pierce wins the award of helping me set up three classrooms in five years of teaching... Sooo much laminating, cutting, hot gluing and stapling... He's a pro and the best for helping me!!
And a huge milestone that we got to celebrate was Pierce's graduation... We got engaged a week into grad school, got married during his fall break, and then spent the first year of marriage with him in class four nights a week plus two weeks abroad... Needlesstosay, we were so glad to have our nights back and so proud to celebrate all of his hard work!!
We made it through many weeks of working from home and virtual teaching where "Mr. Pierce" would make an appearance on my videos every once in a while...my kids favorite guest speaker hahaha
This was just the biggest blessing to celebrate...
And so was this moment...of welcoming our sweet baby girl into the world... ❤️
Just wouldn't want to be journeying through this sweet and crazy life with anybody else...there are a million more moments, snapshots, pictures, and blessings but hope it was fun getting a little peek into some of our favorite these last four years...
And thanks for helping make this little family blog a fun place to document so many moments as they come!
I hope you and your families have the best and most restful weekend, and I'll plan on seeing you back here next week for some November and Holiday Fun!!! If you missed the rest of this mini-series, you can catch our dating, engagement and wedding in these posts from the week. Thanks for celebrating with us!!
