What's Up Wednesday...on a Tuesday [January 2023]

Well, it's Tuesday, the last day of January, and for some reason, for most of the month I though that January 31st fell on a Wednesday... But last week I realized I had my days a little off 😂 So, here we are, on a Tuesday but with What's Up Wednesday. I always love reading through this blog link-up, so I figured it would be the perfect day to still post it as we wrap up January... I also can't believe we're already wrapping up January!!!

But here's a little look into what's been going on with the Riddicks recently! 

Monday Thoughts...Starting Small.

Happy Monday!! I thought it'd be fun to just share a few thoughts on here about something fun that I'm learning/doing these days... 

After finishing The Lazy Genius Way, it's been fun to put into practice some of her tips and principles. None of them are "new" or life-changing in and of themselves, but her writing and process made sense to me and encouraged me, especially in discovering what's important and what matters the most in our home, family, and rhythms.

One of her principles that I've loved is "Start Small," which has been so helpful to not feel like I have to tackle it all at once.

Friday Favorites - Sunday Afternoons, a New Planner, and a Great Read

Happy Friday!! I can't believe this is the last weekend of January!! It's always a long month, but this one has seemed to go by faster than most this year for us... We don't have too much going on this weekend other than just cozying up and enjoying a sunny Saturday and rainy Sunday!

I just have a few simple Friday Favorites over here for you today. Things we're loving and enjoying and hope you're finding small joys in your days as well!! Here's a little look into some of ours! 

Frame This Moment.

Happy, happy Thursday!! I thought I would continue the trend of Thursday's Frame This Moment this week. It has been the biggest delight to start this series! Every part just brings so much joy. It feels like the best reminder to slow down a bit and freeze a few moments...taking time to really soak them in and be grateful for the little gifts in life. I'm trying to do that over here with Jane growing faster than I knew was possible, and it's been so fun to be encouraged by your small moments too!!
