Frame This Moment - The Amazing Race

Happy Thursday!!! Today's Frame This Moment is a sweet one from Thanksgiving at Pierce's family's Ranch in Texas...

It's no surprise that we love the Amazing Race and it's always been a dream to go on the show together. Well, both of our families love the show too and last year, Pierce's mom had a sweet idea to create an "Amazing Race" around their ranch with tasks and challenges. And this year, she truly went all out with matching t-shirts, printed clues, and her very own mat that she made for the final "leg." 

All I can say is that the stakes were high, and it truly felt like the real thing with the adrenaline rush that we had the whole time 😂

From racing around the ranch looking for clues to carrying rocks, competing in egg races, writing songs, putting together puzzles, it was all just too fun!

And I'm not kidding when I say that her clues really were spot on! 

Pierce's sweet parents and all of their hard work - the symbol at the top is the symbol for their "Jack Ranch" with a J and a R in the shape of a horseshoe. 

And with a nice steak dinner on the line as the final prize, the real frame this moment came as we raced to the finish line and came in FIRST. Hahaha It was just too fun, and we couldn't believe we had actually won! 

Now we are dreaming all the more about going on that show one day!! But this little sneak peak was a moment and day to frame for sure!! It made the day after Thanksgiving one to remember for sure!! 

And there's just a little moment in time from our week last week. There were so many sweet and fun ones, and I'm sure there were in your days too!! Thanks as always for sharing them!! It always makes my day!! And thanks for following along in this journey of ours too! Maybe one day you'll catch us on the real show hahaha until then, here's to enjoying the little things, celebrating the big things, and soaking in all the moments in-between!
