Jane's "Tea for Two" Birthday Party 🌷🫖

Happy TUESDAY!! Awww we had the sweetest weekend over here celebrating little Jane, and I thought it would be fun to share a few pictures from her little birthday party on Saturday. We had family and a few close friends and neighbors over, and Jane is still talking about all the fun and excitement from that morning. It was definitely a special one!! 

When thinking about her second birthday, I knew I wanted it to be just sweet and simple and reflect her little personality. She has been VERY into "tea parties" recently and when I came across this little tea theme, I knew it was perfect! 

It was honestly the sweetest little party to put together. I found this cute "tea for two" balloon banner, we borrowed a sweet friend's perfect little table cloth, Jane and I picked out some pink and white balloons, and we had fresh spring flowers all over the house. 

My sweet sister made the most ADORABLE cookies that were definitely the star of the show. These are always my very favorite part!! 

She always does such an AMAZING job!! Thank you, Audrey!!! We love you!!!

Everything was just fun and bright and springy with pink and white, and all of it just made me smile. 

We printed off her little picture collage, which is so sweet to look back on! 

We had shown Jane pictures of her cake from last year, and inside, it was pink because I had made a homemade apple beet cake, and she was SO excited for a "pink cake" this year. So I made the same recipe and used Miss Jones Vanilla icing, and it turned out just as cute and simple, and she is still talking about her "pink cake." 😂

We had a little spread of snacks and fruit and some "pink and whites" from Trader Joe's. 

I printed off her little birthday invitation minus all the details. (This Etsy Shop always has the cutest invites!) 

And it was just fun, cute and simple! 

We added some more fresh flowers to the living room and eventually the balloons from the front porch came inside too. 

These flowers from Trader Joe's have made our whole house feel like spring, and I've loved it!! 

A "Tea for Two" birthday party in the books... with kid toys and tricycles out back - it's just full of sweet memories from the day. 

From Audrey's cookies to the decorations, balloons, fresh flowers...we're so grateful for such a sweet day. But really, we are just SO grateful for so many sweet friends and family who came to celebrate Jane. We really do feel so blessed to have such a sweet community that surround Jane with so much love, prayers and encouragement. 

This little birthday girl was so patiently waiting for her little friends that morning... 

And was SO excited when her sweet friend Hannah walked through the door... 

Jane has pretty much claimed her as her "big sister" and couldn't love her more! And we couldn't love her family more either!! 

Speaking of big sister, baby #2 was "there" celebrating little Jane too - I can't believe we're almost eight weeks away, and I can't believe next year, we'll have a 1st and 3rd birthday on our calendars...my goodness!

We gave Jane a little tea set for her birthday the day before, and she couldn't wait to have a "water tea party" with Hannah and her friends! 

Jane was loving having everyone over, but she definitely said, "Nooo" when it was time for everyone to sing... 🙈😂

That sweet little face though!! Goodness, just love her so much! 

We loved having all of Jane's grandparents in town!!! She LOVED it too!!!

It's always a treat when we get to see Aunt Audrey!!

And my best friend from Louisville drove down to celebrate her, and she has definitely become another sweet "Aunt" in her life!!

We're so thankful for our parents!! 

And we're SO thankful for this little girl who has blessed our family SO much!! 

Little Jane, YOU are so fun to celebrate!!! Thanks for such a fun TWO years!! We are thankful to the Lord for his many, many blessings!!
