Well, our sweet little Jane had her second first day last week, and it was full of all of the best little memories and snapshots. I thought I'd share just a few on this Tuesday. A Frame This Moment kind of day for sure...

Jane's First Day π
Well, today is definitely a frame this moment kind of day. We didn't expect this little one to have a first day of "school" this year, but the Lord had other plans. There is a sweet church here in town that offered Jane their open spot for their sweet two year old's class, and after a lot of prayer, we decided to send her, and and goodness was she excited!!

Homemade Hobby Horses
Happy Thursday!! We are loving this week over here and are soaking in the cozy weather while putting our house back in order getting ready for family in town...
Today I thought it would be fun to share the Hobby Horses, or Stick Horses, that I've made the last several years for our school. I know many have sewing machines and whether for a costume or a gift or just for fun, these are so fun and so simple to make. And honestly, even if you don't have a sewing machine, you can use sticky tape or even hot glue and come out with the same little horse!! They are so cute and fun and always a hit with the kids!!

A Few Favorites Fall Crafts
Happy Monday!! I hope everyone had as gorgeous of an October weekend as we did over here in Nashville...it was dreamy... And we just soaked it up... A few walks, a bit of football, some amazing food, and lots of rest and family time...we just loved every minute.
We are off to the races this week... Our October picks up speed after this week, with lots of family and friends coming in town and a vacation to the beach at the end of the month, so my to-do list somehow seems a mile long...

The Gift of Teaching
Wow...I can't believe the school year has come to a close...it wouldn't feel right to end my fourth year of teaching without going back and reflecting on some of my favorite parts and favorite snapshots from all that the year held. I am thankful to the Lord for this sweet school and for all of the memories that I have from this special place and school year.
