It's Valentine's Day!!

The Riddicks just wanted to wish you a very Happy Valentine's Day today! I think today is just such a sweet day, and I hope that whether you're sending littles off to school for their Valentine's Day parties, celebrating with a fun date tonight, or spending time cozied up reading or with friends and family it's a sweet day to celebrate the small blessings and joys in your life. 

We're forgoing a big date out tonight with a sweet night at home with our little one. 

Last year I was eight months pregnant with Jane... 

And we celebrated with a dinner knowing it'd look so different the next year... 

Now we have a little one trying to take steps... 

And we'll be cozied up tonight with a Valentine's Day sweatshirt, an XO mug filled with mocha mint tea, and I'm sure a good book and chocolate snack...all of our favorites these days. We're looking forward to a Thursday night dinner out, but also soaking in the sweetness that today brings as well. Hope yours is filled with small and simple joys as well, and you can see small blessings in whichever season you're walking in right now!!
