What's Up Wednesday [August 2023]

Happy Wednesday!! And end of August!! Yesterday, I documented a few of my favorite things that I wanted to remember about this past summer. It was such a sweet and special one for us... Happy Tuesday!! Well, as August is coming to a close, which I truly can't believe, I thought it might be fun to write a little post about this past summer. It felt daunting to me, as I couldn't possibly remember and post every fun memory and picture, but I sat down, brainstormed a little list, scrolled through a few pictures I had favorites, and thus, this post was born.

This past weekend, we completed one of our goals this year as a family and ran a 5k, stroller and all!!

Happy Friday!!! It's August 18th! The day Pierce and I celebrate BOTH of our dads! They both have birthdays on this day - how crazy, right?! Happy Tuesday!!! With August starting to be in full swing and our calendar starting to fill up too, I thought today would be fun to just share a little of our life lately. Summer has felt like the best in a lot of ways... A slower pace, enjoying lots of time with little Jane, lots of mornings and evenings outside and at the park, good food, lots of family time and just a season of the year we don't want to come to an end!!

This weekend we are just working on our yard, mapping out our fall calendar and trying to soak in all the family time we can before another busy season is upon us!!

Happy Wednesday!! I mentioned yesterday that I was enjoying brainstorming how to love on my teacher friends from afar this school year, and it got me in the spirit of all things teacher and gifts and back-to-school, and thus, this post was born!

A new month!!! Happy August 1st!! I can't believe we are already half way through 2023 and starting August today... July was such a great month and finished up in such a fun way over here celebrating my mom's birthday yesterday and finishing our 31 miles running! It was a HOT month for lots of running, but we are looking forward to all that's to come in August!!
